So! One of the agarros got to Cory! But before it could rip his throat out, Karthak leapt around the monster’s neck to hold it back. And then a… a… well, I don’t know that that is, just roared and jumped into the middle of the village square!

Will Cory be OK? Can sweet Karthak be any braver? And what-in-puppy-bowl-hell is the beastie who just crashed the party?!

The truth is that it didn’t used to be. But over the last hundred years, things have gotten progressively harder. And now with Cory’s arrival…

I don’t know what that means, Julia, but if you’re suggestion the Blood Wolf is a bad-ass—you’d be right! :smiley:
