So!

So! Amanda’s got her hands full, and Teen Spooky just lost his sword! And now he’s facing off against three demons! And not only that, but that other demon looks like he’s just ripping MacGregor’s safe right out of the wall with nothing to stop it!

Have our heroes lost their only chance to get the Shard? And is our favorite paranormal detective about to get his ass handed to him?

Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

I suspect that the solution will arise when Amanda DOES have her hands full:

Sword & shield together, anyone?

I do wonder where she picked up her swordfighting tips. I learned my stuff in the SCA.

We may be facing a situation where both the safe (with shard) and Spooky are taken away by the demons, and it’ll be up to Mitch, Amanda, and [insert interested party here] to rescue them.

Sometimes I stop to wonder what the alternate timeline looked like when Mitch didn’t time travel to this time period, and I can’t see it. I think somehow Mitch always was here to help. And somehow, no matter what happens to the shard in this part of the story, it has to go back to the gangsters afterwards again? And what happens to the godly weaponry? The Young Protectors don’t have that stuff in the present day, right? So many questions to answer before this is all over.

I don’t think time travel works that way in this universe. I suspect Mitch ALWAYS went back, and Spooky erased his own memory to preserve the timeline.
