So!

So! The young-uns are wondering why they were invited to this party, since they are both rejects of the government-sanctioned path to become a superhero. At least, they are able to bond over that! But Amanda and Mitch seem to be doing the opposite of bonding right now.

Does Amanda have second thoughts about involving two middle-schoolers in an apocalyptic, holy war? And if she does, will Mitch be able to convince her that Young Kyle and Young Paul are exactly who they need on their little team right now?

Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

Honestly, she wouldn’t be Amanda if she didn’t.

Nice to see that bonding! Also, loving the layers upon layers and wondering how this timeline will or will not diverge from our main one…considering this is all in a period later Spookie has zero memory of. So much latent suspense!!

I’m both loving and hating this slice of the arc, and probably for the same reasons. Others have been more eloquent about it so for me it just boils down to: I’m worried about kid!Fluke & Kyle getting dragged into waves vaguely all this, but I also adore any time-travel/screwing with the timeline plots.
